OTMs are coordinated through the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) and serves as a way to tell someone what a fabulous job they have done over the past month. These awards can be for staff members (RA, GHD etc.), a group (JAG, Student Senate etc.), a program (Smores at your Door etc.), or a student you know. These OTMs are judged on the campus, regional and national level.

Similary, anyone can submit an OTM. This includes student staff members, professional staff members, area executive board members, or residents. Think of it as your good deed for the month — give a compliment and be recognized for it!

1. OTMs can be submitted on the National NRHH website, where they are first judged by UF NRHH Members who select a campus winner for each category.

2. These campus winners are then submitted by the NRHH Vice President of Recognition to be judged on the regional level (SAACURH).

3. Regional winners that are selected are then submitted to be judged on the national level (NACURH), where a national winner is selected for each category.

Recoginition is provided to winners at each level.

Deadline: the 7th of each month at 11:59pm for the previous month. (Ex: OTMs for July are due on August 7th)
